These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all ticket purchases and attendance at Boho Festival, organised by Arks Projects Limited trading as Boho Festival (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

2. Tickets and Entry

Tickets must be purchased only through our official ticketing partner, Kaboodle, or authorised outlets listed on our website.
Each ticket admits one person only and must be presented for entry (digital or printed).
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined below.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for health, safety, or behavioural reasons.
Valid ID may be required upon entry — Boho Festival is a family-friendly event, but some areas or performances may have age restrictions.
Re-entry may be allowed at the discretion of the organisers (check at the gate).

3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
In the unlikely event of full festival cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket (excluding booking fees).
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via Kaboodle, our official ticketing partner.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred as a result of changes or cancellations.

4. Weather and Force Majeure

Boho Festival is an outdoor event — please come prepared for all weather conditions.
The festival will go ahead rain or shine, unless it is unsafe to do so.
We cannot be held liable or offer refunds for cancellation, curtailment, or changes due to force majeure events, including (but not limited to) extreme weather, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, or pandemics.

5. Age Policy

Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.
We recommend suitable hearing protection for children and young people.
Some performances or bar areas may be 18+ only — valid photo ID will be required. We operate a Challenge 21 Policy.

6. Behaviour and Safety

Anti-social, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone acting inappropriately will be removed without refund.
Attendees must comply with instructions from event staff, security, and emergency services at all times.
The possession or use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited.
Personal belongings are your responsibility — the organisers accept no liability for loss or damage.

7. Alcohol and Food

Personal Food and Alcohol is only allowed in the campsite.
Alcohol & Food is not permitted to be brought into the main festival area. Licensed bars and food vendors will operate on site.
Please drink responsibly and respect others.

8. Photography, Videography, and Media

By attending Boho Festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes.
Images and footage may appear on our website, social media, press releases, or future promotional materials.
If you prefer not to be featured, please notify a staff member on site or email info@bohemianevents.co.uk before or during the event.

9. Accessibility

We aim to make Boho Festival as accessible as possible.
Please contact info@bohemianevents.co.uk in advance to discuss any access requirements or mobility needs.

10. Prohibited Items

To keep the event safe for everyone, the following are not permitted:

Illegal substances or weapons
Glass bottles or containers
Open flames, BBQs, or gas canisters
Drones or laser pens
Sound systems (other than official performers)
Fireworks or flares

Security staff may search bags at entry points.

11. Changes to Line-Up or Schedule

The advertised line-up and schedule are subject to change without notice.
Refunds will not be given due to the cancellation or replacement of individual artists, performers, or attractions.

12. Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event, except where caused by our negligence or breach of duty.
Attendees enter the site at their own risk.

13. Marketing and Promotions

If you opt in to receive marketing from us, we may send you updates about Boho Festival and related events.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
